We still offer traditional exposure on lithography films. Our large-scale format exposure device  (1019.88×760) – and the Linotronic 330 (rolled material 60 m and a maximum width of 304 mm) are still in use – e.g. for screen printers, printing plate manufacturers and smaller printing houses.

Formats up to 127 cm wide are possible as well as various substrate materials (plates, plastics, etc.). Special UV ink for outdoor applications and concealing, laminating or transferring on a background material as required.

Exposure has meanwhile become a difficult subject. Almost every printing house uses CTP printing. We still provide films for all printing procedures up to a size of 76 x 102 cm. Our layout setters guarantee first-class book typesetting and sophisticated book productions. We can also assist you with capacity bottlenecks and final digital artwork.

Do you require colour-accurate print orders with special colours (metallic, gold, silver, Pantone colours)? Thus far, this probably meant using time-consuming and expensive machine printing. Digital halftone printing is the perfect solution for sophisticated artists and producers! We provide precise print results on original paper and for the "correct" halftone dot in terms of focus, colour-accuracy or colour-strength.

In conjunction with our competencies in printing, colour and colour management, we can fully meet your requirements based on the Kodak approval system. The device works as a thermal plate exposure device with a resolution of up to 3000 dpi. Light-sensitive colour foils are used that are consequentially transferred to the substrate material of your choice by a laminating process. Our packaging specialists support clients including Polo Ralph Lauren, Levis, Puma, Schiesser, Migros etc.
